Michael was invited to a birthday party at a pumpkin patch and corn maze. I have a confession--I have always been scared of corn mazes. In 5th grade a misguided teacher showed our entire class "Children of the Corn" A lot has happened in our family in the last four months, so I decided that I would face my fears and go through the corn maze. I went through with a friend, but she had to go out halfway through. I decided that I needed to finish by myself on my own. And I did it! It's amazing how when you are facing REAL fears that other things don't scare you nearly as much!!!
