When the whole world is just starting to reopen, you have to be a little creative with fieldtrips, especially the last couple of days of school when you really just want to be done already. Michael and I went on a fieldtrip to a local cemetery. I did this with the older kids and their friends a few years ago--Bizarre and Unique Fieldtrips--Cemetery.
It would have been a lot more fun with more people, but it was still nice to get out. We talked a lot about how sad the neglected graves were. This really bothered Michael. I found him weeding around one of the stones at one point.
