I've got a big thanks from yesterday!
A jug of bleach fell off the dryer onto the laundry room floor. It could have been really bad, since I had all our clean clothes in baskets on the floor. I had just taken out JP's old work shirt out of the dryer and draped it on top of the basket. We only noticed a few spots on that one shirt and one on Tera's pajama pants. My white towels got a nice washing after mopping up bleach. The house smelled eye-watering clean and my jeans that I had on when I discovered the mess didn't get a drop (that I can see) on them. My kids really came to my rescue throwing me towels. They learned an important lesson about only using white towels to clean up a spill of this kind. (Since they first came in with all the colored towels, and I sent them back for white.) Instead of being mad, I'm so thankful I caught it before the whole jug emptied onto the floor and there was very minimal damage.
The leaves are falling, the weather is mild and I'm thankful!
Our thankful tree sprouting with thanksgiving and praise!
"I will give to the Lord the thanks due to His righteousness,
and I will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High."
