30 Days of Bread: Buttermilk Waffles





2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups buttermilk
4 Tbsp. melted butter

Combine all dry ingredients and stir.

Add eggs, buttermilk and butter; mix well.

Pour onto preheated waffle iron; cook until crisp and golden.
